Refund policy

If you wish to return an unwanted item, you may do so once you notify us and return the item within 14 days of receipt of the order. The item must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging and instructions intact. Make sure that you obtain a proof of posting for the package when sending it back. We reserve the right to refuse the returns or to charge you a cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements. Once the returned item is received, an email shall be sent confirming receipt of item. Following inspection, a refund for the amount due will be refunded. If you have not received the refund in 10 working days you should contact us.
